Fried rabbit thighs with bacon and sage
ingredients
1 kg. Lapino puota rabbit thighs
200 g. Cold smoked bacon strips
10 Sage leaves
According to taste Freshly ground black pepper
According to taste Olive oil

Fried rabbit thighs with bacon and sage

Preparation
  1. Dry the rabbit thighs with a paper towel and sprinkle with ground pepper on both sides.
  2. Then wrap each thigh with 2 strips of bacon, and place them into a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven and place a sage leaf soaked in olive oil on each thigh. Bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until the meat is done. Serve with your favourite garnish. Bon appetit!
