200 g. Rabbit meat strips
1 Egg
According to need Breadcrumbs for coating
According to taste Preferred spices

Crispy Rabbit Sticks

Preparation
  1. Cut the rabbit meat into strips and sprinkle with spices (such as salt, pepper and chopped garlic). Coat the meat strips in the whisked egg and then cover in breadcrumbs. Put into a frying pan with preheated oil and fry until it is a golden colour.
  2. The sauce can be cooked one day in advance to reveal a deeper flavour.
  3. Mix all the ingredients, grate the cucumber with a fine grater, press the garlic clove and squeeze in some lemon juice. Crispy rabbit sticks are perfect as a snack for children, and are very common as a snack with beer, especially if prepared with hot spices!
