Slow roast duck stuffed with apples

Preparation
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 210 degrees of temperature.
  2. Put the duck in a deeper baking tin and roast it for 20 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 130 degrees and bake the duck for 2 hours. Sprinkle it with own juice every half an hour.
  3. Increase the temperature to 210 degrees and roast the duck for 30 minutes more. Do not forget to sprinkle it with own juice until it gets pleasantly brown.
  4. Leave it in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

Serve with your favourite garnish. Enjoy!

 

Tips and ideas how to cook a duck:

  • Put onions, carrots, potatoes or other favourite vegetables in a baking tin;
  • If you cook the duck without vegetables, do not spill duck fat out. Sieve it and pour in a jar. Keep it cold. Add potatoes or eggs.
