- Pre-heat the oven to 210 degrees of temperature.
- Put the duck in a deeper baking tin and roast it for 20 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 130 degrees and bake the duck for 2 hours. Sprinkle it with own juice every half an hour.
- Increase the temperature to 210 degrees and roast the duck for 30 minutes more. Do not forget to sprinkle it with own juice until it gets pleasantly brown.
- Leave it in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
