Salads with ducks hearts
ingredients
500 g. Lapino puota fresh ducks hearts
2 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Chopped green onions
According to need Favourite salad
2 Cucumbers
6 Radishes
2 tbsp Chopped roasted peanuts
A dash Olive oil
A dash Lemon juice
A pinch Dried thyme
According to taste Salt and pepper

Salads with ducks hearts

Preparation
  1. Tear the salad leaves into small pieces. Cut the cucumbers and radishes into small slices. Mix the vegetables with a dash of olive oil and lemon juice.
  2. Cut off any fat from the thick part of the hearts. Halve each heart lengthwise. Heat butter in a pan, put the hearts into it and fry while stirring until they are cooked. Try not to overcook. During the frying, add salt and pepper and thyme to the hearts. At the end of the cooking, add the sliced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and the honey and green onion. Mix well and serve the hearts with the salad and peanuts. Bon appetit!
