560 g. Lapino puota fresh duck legs
Small piece Ginger
1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Crushed red hot paprika
4 tbsp Soya sauce
1 tbsp Honey

Preparation
  1. Place the grated ginger and crushed clove of garlic into a bowl, add the pepper and the soy sauce and mix together.
  2. Put the drumsticks into the marinade, stir the mixture, cover the bowl with plastic cling film and allow to marinade overnight (if possible, stir a few times).
  3. Heat the oven to 190 degrees, put the drumsticks onto a baking tray, cover with foil and bake for 70-80 min.
  4. Then, sweeten every drumstick with honey and bake for an additional 10 minutes without the foil until the meat is browned. Serve with your favourite garnish.
