Oven-baked spicy duck shoulders
ingredients
500 g. Lapino puota fresh duck shoulders
1 tsp Smoked paprika
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tsp Fish seasoning
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp White wine vinegar
2 tbsp Olive oil
According to taste Salt and pepper

Oven-baked spicy duck shoulders

2-3 portions
Preparation
  1. Mix the above ingredients in a bowl and put the duck wings into the mixture. Stir them and marinade overnight in the fridge.
  2. Place the wings onto a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake in the oven heated to 160 degrees for 1.5–2 hours, or until they are ready. Bon appetit!
