Crispy duck legs with potatoes and chips
ingredients
6 of fresh duck legs Lapino puota
6 cloves of garlic
to taste Salt and pepper
Side dish:
to taste Fresh potatoes (for boiling)
to taste Potato chips

Crispy duck legs with potatoes and chips

Preparation
  1. Chop the garlic.
  2. Drain duck legs with a kitchen paper towel. Sprinkle them with salt and ground pepper on both sides and season with chopped garlic. Leave the meat to marinade at room temperature for about 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Put the legs into the oven bag and cook them for about 1.5 hours.

Serve with boiled potatoes and potato chips.
