1 pc of fresh rabbit Lapino puota
2 onions
7 cloves of garlic
Slice of pumpkin
1/2 baby zucchini
2 eggs
8 champignons
Greens to taste

Colourful surprising poultry soup

Preparation
  1. Boil a duck in a pot until it gets tender (about 30 minutes in a waterless cooker).
  2. Cut the zucchini into long thin straws and dice a pumpkin, an onion and a garlic.
  3. Fry an onion and garlic in Ghee butter. Then slightly fry the pumpkin. Put cooked vegetables into the soup and continue cooking.
  4. Fry (shortly) zucchini strips and halves of champignons in a separate frying pan and sprinkle them with salt.
  5. Boil two eggs.
  6. Pour soup into a plate, put zucchini strips, champignons, herbs, halves of eggs and sliced duck.
