KITCHEN me fresh beef “RIB EYE” steak is an entrecote boneless steak that is distinguished by its succulence. The name of the steak results from its unique composition, i.e. the so-called marbled eye in the middle of the steak. The surrounding fatty veins melt during cooking; therefore, the steak remains particularly juicy and delicious. The meat is aged using the dry-aging method for at least 28 days, ensuring that it becomes particularly soft and flavourful. After purchasing the “RIB EYE” package, we recommend not cooking the steak for too long: by frying each side for just a few minutes, the beef will reveal its best taste properties. This meat is recommended as part of a balanced diet, as it is rich in iron, protein and amino acids.
