KITCHEN me fresh beef T-bone steak is a restaurant-worthy dish, which can be made by everyone in their own home. The beef steak is particularly appreciated by gourmets, as it includes meat of two types. The T-bone divides the short loin and the tenderloin, which are the most tender parts of the beef, in half. The beef from the KITCHEN me range is also dry-aged. For this reason, it is distinguished by so-called umami – the fifth taste, which is typical of gourmet products such as parmesan or dry-cured ham. It is recommended to fry the steak on both sides for a few minutes, and after it has been prepared, to leave it “to rest” for a few minutes: in this way, the meat will preserve its rich taste, softness and succulence.
