KITCHEN me frozen boneless “TOP SIRLOIN” steak is a mild-tasting steak with a slightly fatty texture. The steak, which is cut off from the primal loin, has a slightly marbled structure. Prior to freezing, it is dry-aged for at least 28 days; thus, when it is cooked the steak remains soft and succulent. It is a nice choice for people who are concerned with maintaining a balanced diet, as the beef is rich in protein, iron and amino acids.
