Preparation
Slice the baguette and toast it in the oven.
Spread Pesto sauce on the slices, add salted and smoked duck fillet, mini mozzarella, rucola leaves, 1/4 of a plump tomato and sprinkle everything with a cream of balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
